I blame MobyLives and the White House, because if it’s good enough for the Obama Administration, it’s good enough for Hackenbush. Or something.
“Well, good news for all you e-book totin’ policy wonks out there. According to Ars Technica, “Those cries have now been heard, as the White House on Friday put up the new Economic Report of the President in three formats: PDF, Amazon Kindle, and an ePub file designed for readers like Barnes & Noble’s Nook and Sony’s Reader. The move is part of the ‘White House’s commitment to make government more accessible,’ said White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer.”

So, now I must ask you, readers, all three of you: do y’all know anything about this ePub converter? These Web-Books people sound like wonderful folks, but I’d like to know more about them and this converter before I stick my Hackenbush in it.
Next up: the dreaded Kindlefication.
